hi folks we are completly new to keeping chickens .recently we were in cornwall and saw the most beautiful hen  she was rich russet red all over with a slightly darker head and neck ..red cheeks wattle etc but her most attractive features was a very distinct coppery gold edge to every feather on her

would anyone have any idea of what breed she might be ...unfortunitely we didnt have a camera to hand at the time and we would love to find out if we could add the little beauty to our gang somehow

appreciate any help out there

thanks

it possibly could of been a gold laced wyandotte, rhode island red, red sussex or a cross breed

this the best i can do for you with possible breeds
